Flipkart could offer $950 mn for Snapdeal

Flipkart is reportedly planning to revise its offer to acquire Snapdeal, putting on table a $900-$950 mn deal for the e-commerce firm.

The offer is being revised to match the initial asking price of $1 billion for acquisition. As per sources, Flipkart is expected to propose the deal by next week. Snapdeal's board had earlier rejected Flipkart's acquisition offer of $850 mn.
