In this Govt office employees wear helmets !

Officials working in a govt office in Bihar's East champaran district are forced to wear helmets at work place. The condition is so bad that despite the building being deemed unfit for use, the authorities have found no alternative to shift  the office.

Now that the plasters peel off the ceiling and fall on their heads, they are forced to wear helmet. Well,let us know what you think ?
